Warranty, Shipping, and Payment Information

Warranty
All parts are warranted to be free of defects in materials & workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. 30 days for scooters and mini highwheels, life for highwheel frame and forks. This warranty covers parts only and is alternative to any rights in law. Does not cover failure, damage, or loss due to improper assembly, neglect, improper usage, damage due to accident or normal wear and tear.

All warranty work to be done by Rideable Bicycle Replicas, Inc., return freight to be paid by the buyer. Caution: R.B.R. Inc. sells these vehicles as an off-road pleasure vehicles and cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occur. Operate with the utmost caution and safety in mind. Some parts are meant for display and may not be entirely functional due to modification or design. Weight limits apply, ask for load capacities and recommendations. Some products require assembly, we recommend having a qualified technician do the assembly. Components and design subject to change without notice due to availability.

Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping and handling charges are extra and are subject to change without notice due to events outside our control as well as size and weight of your order. Always get a quote from us when ordering. We will always try to get the lowest rate we can find within our regular shipping methods. We ship by truck line, UPS, and recognized freight forwarders both ocean and air. International shipping available. All sales are final, 24 hour return policy for damage only. Damage to carton and or freight must be noted with shipper upon receipt to get credit for a return, and you must notify us within 24 for hours of receipt of damaged product. Freight damage may have to be handled by the shipper and consignee. Some parts can be exchanged for credit towards new sales if returned undamaged and unused in the original packing and return freight is paid by customer. 20% restocking fee on any returned items. Return shipping to be paid by customer.

Sun model cycles, recumbents and trikes are to be sold fully assembled by an Authorized dealer for delivery to the customer due to warranty requirements by the manufacturer.

Payment
Payment accepted by cash, credit cards, money order, cashiers check, wire transfer, L/C or T/T. Personal checks will be held for 4 weeks prior to processing and shipping order to allow the check to clear. All transactions verified by issuing bank and card company prior to shipping. All orders are shipped prepaid, no exceptions. No C.O.D. orders. Phone orders accepted. If you mail in an order, be sure to include your name, address, and phone number, as well as a list of what you would like to order by description and part number when possible. If you speak with someone on the phone be sure to include the name of the person you spoke with at R.B.R. Inc. You must include shipping charges along with payment. California residents include 8.75% sales tax (call for total.)
