Warranty
All parts are warranted to be free of defects in materials & workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. Full size Highwheel frame and forks are warranted for the life of the product. This warranty covers parts only and is alternative to any rights in law. Does not cover failure, damage, or loss due to improper assembly, neglect, improper usage, damage due to accident or normal wear and tear.
All warranty work to be done by Rideable Bicycle Replicas, Inc., All return freight to be paid by the buyer. Caution: R.B.R. Inc. sells these vehicles as an off-road pleasure vehicles and cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occur. Operate with the utmost caution and safety in mind. Some parts are meant for display and may not be entirely functional due to modification or design. Weight limits apply, ask for load capacities and recommendations. Some products require assembly, we always recommend having a qualified technician do the assembly especially if you have never assembled a cycle. Components and design subject to change without notice due to availability.
Sun model cycles and trikes are sold fully assembled by an authorized dealer for delivery to the customer due to warranty requirements by the manufacturer.
Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping and handling charges are extra and are subject to change without notice due to events outside our control as well as size and weight of your order and rising fuel costs. Always get a quote from us when ordering. Quotes from carriers are only good for 24 hours so be aware that the rate may change at any time. We will always try to get the lowest rate we can find within our regular shipping methods. We ship by LTL truck line, UPS, USPS and recognized freight forwarders, both ocean and air. International shipping available door to airport or ocean port. Freight damage may have to be handled by the shipper and consignee.
All sales are final. No refunds. Damage to carton and or freight must be noted with shipper upon receipt to get credit for an insurance claim, and you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of damaged product. Always take pictures of the freight on arrival for proof of damage. If there is so much as a scratch on the packaging, sign the bill of lading as rec’d with carton damage and have the driver/agent sign. Some parts can be exchanged for credit towards new sales if returned undamaged and unused in the original packing and return freight is paid by customer. Return shipping to be paid by customer.
NOTE: You MUST inspect all shipments at the time of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS. Note any damage to carton or contents on delivery Bill of Lading and have agent/delivery person sign. Failure to do so will void shipping insurance and RBR will not be held liable for a failure by the consignee to follow the shipping instructions printed on the carton and in this section of terms and conditions.
Payment
Payment accepted by cash, credit card, money order, cashier’s check, wire transfer, L/C or T/T. Personal checks will be held for 4 weeks prior to processing and shipping order, to allow the payment to clear. All transactions verified by issuing bank and card company prior to shipping. All orders are shipped prepaid, no exceptions. No C.O.D. orders. Phone orders accepted. If you mail in an order, be sure to include your name, address, phone number and email, as well as a list of what you would like to order by description and part number, when possible. If you speak with someone on the phone be sure to include the name of the person you spoke with at R.B.R. Inc. You must include shipping charges along with payment. California residents include sales tax (currently 10.75%, subject to change - call for total). Prices displayed on the website do not include freight and tax where applicable.
